Stay in Touch with Lowell Observatory

For a tax-deductible contribution of $60.00 or more, we'll begin sending you our quarterly newsletter, The Lowell Observer, so you can keep track of our progress and upcoming events.

Place an object in the DCT Starry Sky!

You can leave an online memento of your participation in this unique project.

For a contribution of $10.00 or more, you can place an object in our DCT Starry Sky. Just select an object and enter a short message. We'll store it in our database, and once we've received and verified your contribution, we'll add your object!

Donate a star or a whole galaxy to the DCT First Light Challenge, dedicate it to yourself or a loved one, build a constellation with your friends, and see what others have donated...the sky is literally the limit. And as our virtual sky brightens with celestial objects, the DCT itself will move closer to first light!

If you have any questions about the Challenege, or other projects at Lowell, please contact one of us: Rusty Tweed (928-233-3267) is Lowell's Development Manager, Antoinette Beiser (928-233-3216), is Lowell's Development Associate and Jeffrey Hall (928-233-3202) is an astronomer and is handling the Starry Sky database and the web site. Any of us can tell you about this campaign or charitable giving to Lowell, so feel free to give us a call!
